About Molly Clayton, Founder + Principal
Molly Clayton is a seasoned social impact strategist with 17 years of experience improving education and health outcomes for young people, women, families, and communities. She has held numerous nonprofit leadership roles, including 10 years as an executive director and registered lobbyist, and most recently served as Vice President of Contraceptive Choice and Access for Arnold Ventures, a national philanthropy dedicated to evidence-driven policy change. Molly holds an M.B.A. from the University of Manchester's Manchester Business School and a B.A. in Spanish Language and Literature from the University of Texas at Austin.

Molly’s passion is personal as well as professional. As a mom to two school-age boys and wife of a high school teacher, she understands the importance of improving health and education systems for kids and families. She believes that the social sector has tremendous power for positive change, and she leverages her (retired) rollergirl spirit and tenacity to support her clients in achieving meaningful, sustainable impact.
